Niamh Crowther plays Whelans on September 9th
Niamh Crowther has announced a live show in Whelans to celebrate her widely acclaimed self-titled debut EP.
The County Meath singer songwriter plays Whelans on September 9th, 7pm. The two tracks “Little by Little” and “I’ll Be” have been generating lots of radio play in Ireland and the UK, including being playlisted on national radio and supported by a TV appearance.
Niamh came to attention in 2013, when she beat over 15,000 other young people to claim a prestigious Irish Youth Music Award. The ensuing talk about town earned her “one to watch” accolades from the media which was supported by a succession of well received singles. To date her EP has so far amassed over 400,000 streams on Spotify.
On the live front, Niamh has won new fans whilst supporting Picture House, Blink and Mundy and appearing at events and festivals like LeCheile, St Patrick’s Festival and “A Night for Pieta House” in the Olympia Theatre. Then there was the time she was invited to sing onstage with Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora on her 18th birthday!
